Alice was born in Washington, DC surrounded by the beautiful and inspirational homes and parks of Capitol Hill. In 1990 after graduating from The George Washington University with a degree in Art History & Fine Arts, and some time working at the Smithsonian, she begin successfully listing & selling real estate in her community.
In 2005 she relocated with her three children to Frederick, MD and settled in the Baker Park area walking distance to the heart of Downtown Frederick.
Always a pioneer, she continues to make improvements and contribute to the community wherever she goes by volunteering, renovating & developing properties including condominium conversions, and selling to buyers who often become involved as well.
She is the owner of The Griffin Art Center, a 13,000 sq ft building which houses art studios, galleries and also her office, Frederick Town Realty.
Her ability to listen, passion about finding the highest and best solutions for her clients, creativity, and knowledge, gives her buyers & seller a tremendous advantage.
A tribute to her exceptional ability is that she has been entrusted by hundreds of buyers, sellers and investors with their most important financial and emotional transaction and the majority of her business is by referral.
